Read the labels
It's important to check the labels of your skincare products, especially if there's an ingredient which you know you react to. Many artificial fillers, such as fragrance, can cause irritation and potentially make your eczema or dry skin worse.
Instead, look for more natural products which don't contains filler ingredients. Products labelled as natural may not always contain 100% natural ingredients so always be aware of ingredients in these products too.
Exfoliation eliminates dead skin cells
Exfoliation is essential for removing dead skin cells, making your complexion look brighter and helping to remove dry, scaly skin.
Don't be afraid to use liquid exfoliation ingredients. Lactic acid, in particular, is ideal for sensitive skin. Using this ingredient once per week will help your skin to glow.
You are what you eat
Your diet plays a big role in the appearance of your skin. Hot, spicy foods, alcohol and coffee can cause havoc if you have redness or irritation. Try to avoid these foods and include lots of greens to nourish your skin.
